Our Approach to Graphic Design

The creation of print media, graphic design involves several steps. At each and every step, we communicate closely with you so that your satisfaction with the final product is ensured.

Our first and most important step is to consult with you about the specific needs of your business--your audience, your business goals, and your budget.

Once the requirements are set, we begin the process of creating several design choices for you to choose from.

Once you have made any necessary changes to the design, a formal project plan and timeline will be set.

An invoice for the initial payment will be sent at this point.

We evaluate commercial printers and prepress service providers as part of our service to you. The printers are selected according to the requirements of your publication.

At this point, we finalize the design, gather the content, and create the graphics for your publication.

Once you have approved the work to date, we will request a proof from the printer.

You will be given the opportunity to view the printer's proof at this point. Once you have approved the proof, you will receive an invoice for final payment.

Your publication is then printed and assembled.
