Our Approach to Web Architecture

The approach we take can be summarized in six steps:

Our first and most important step is to meet with you in order to ascertain your needs and how we can best serve you. Drawing on our professional expertise and experience, we formulate a design and communication strategy which will help you reach your target customers, talk to them in their own language, and ultimately, achieve your business goals.

In the second step, we bring the general design and communication strategy back to our offices and translate it into tangible design options.

At this stage, you have the opportunity to select the specific look and tone of your website. After you have made any changes to the draft version of the website, we will set an overall project plan and timeline. An invoice for the initial payment for the website is issued at this point.

We then design, construct and thoroughly test the website. After this is completed, you will have another opportunity to make changes to the website and give your final approval for the project.

At this point, the website is finalized and registered on the appropriate search engines. An invoice for final payment is issued at this stage.

In final step, we launch the website so that it is fully operational and can be freely accessed by anyone on the internet.
